Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review the service and amount before completing a payment. Digital services may begin immediately after payment confirmation.

Lookup services

A successfully completed PAN lookup or verification is not refundable. If payment is received but the service cannot be delivered because of a confirmed technical error on our side, contact us with the order ID for review.

Agent plans and website package

Plan activation and website setup may start immediately after payment. Cancellation or refund requests must be made before activation or setup work begins. Domain registration, hosting, gateway and other third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable.

Duplicate or incorrect payment

For a duplicate charge or payment mismatch, contact us with the order ID, transaction reference and payment amount. Approved refunds are returned through an available payment method after verification.
